Technical requirements for steel springboard:
1. The raw materials for manufacturing steel springboards should comply with the relevant requirements of GB/T 2518, with material grades of DX51D+Z80 and a thickness of not less than 1.5mm;
2. Due to the lower friction coefficient of the steel springboard surface compared to the wood surface, anti-skid measures must be taken to ensure the safety of high-altitude operators. The surface should adopt the types of flanging circular holes, convex drum flanging circular holes, etc. to ensure that the friction force is not less than 30N in dry environments, and not less than 25N in humid environments or when there is open water on the surface;
3. Under the installation conditions that meet the standard requirements, the design of the steel springboard should meet the requirements that the deflection of the board surface should not exceed 12mm and the distortion of the board surface should not exceed 5mm under the action of 5kN uniformly distributed load and 2kN concentrated load;
4. The accessories of the steel springboard are connected by extrusion molding and bolt connection, and welding is strictly prohibited;
