Defa Foundry Co., Ltd. takes everyone to understand the tolerances allowed by steel springboard manufacturers:
1. The allowable tolerances for the length, width, and height of the steel springboard are ± 3.00mm, ± 2.00mm, and ± 1.0mm respectively;
2. The bending angle of the edge should be maintained at 90 °, with an allowable tolerance of ± 2 °;
3. The radius of the inner arc at the folded edge should not exceed 4.00mm;
4. The deflection of the board surface (upward arch) and the torsion of the board surface (any corner deflection) should not exceed 5mm;
5. The allowable tolerances for the aperture and spacing of anti slip holes are ± 1.00mm and ± 2.00mm respectively;
6. The allowable tolerance for the spacing between stiffeners is ± 5.0mm.
