The steel springboard is a part of the scaffold, used to fix the steel pipe of the scaffold. The pedestrian walkway is generally composed of several parallel steel springboards, making it convenient for construction personnel to walk on it. Steel springboard manufacturers introduce that compared to wooden scaffolding boards, steel springboards have the characteristics of fire prevention, sand prevention, light weight, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, and high compressive strength. It has gradually replaced wooden scaffolding and is increasingly used in fields such as shipbuilding, oil platforms, electricity, and construction.
1、 The shortcomings of some existing steel springboards
The existing steel springboard body is usually fixed with hooks. In actual construction, different construction environments have different requirements for the width of the steel springboard, so multiple steel springboards need to be laid side by side. At present, mushroom head fasteners are commonly used for fastening between steel springboards. Multiple steel springboards are laid in parallel, with hooks hanging on the steel pipes and mushroom head fasteners installed between the outer flanges. The bolts on the fasteners are tightened to fasten the main body of the steel springboard. This steel springboard fastening method takes a long time to operate, and there is a wide gap between the two when laying the steel springboard. Thin tools such as spatulas, level gauges, etc. may get stuck in wider gaps, causing inconvenience to construction workers. Moreover, the mushroom head fastener is a certain distance higher than the main body of the steel springboard, which can easily trip construction personnel. Therefore, the steel springboard manufacturer stated that there is still significant room for improvement in the existing steel springboards.
2、 Improvement plan
In order to improve the current problems of some steel springboards, the technical personnel of the steel springboard manufacturer provide a buckle type steel springboard, which consists of the following components: a pedal, with both sides of the pedal bent at right angles and fixed with outer flanges, and the outer flanges bent at right angles in the direction of the pedal and fixed with horizontal flanges and inner flanges; Any inner flange is connected to multiple connecting rods along the length direction, and the free end of the connecting rod passes through adjacent outer flanges and is fixed with a circular table. The other outer flanges are concave inward and form multiple notches that fit with the circular table and insertion. The edge of the circular table facing the connecting rod is fixed with anti wave springs, and both ends of the outer flange are equipped with circular spring buckles for hanging steel pipes.
3、 Improvement effect
By adopting the above design, two hook shaped steel springboards are laid side by side, and the circular platform and notch are spliced together in a state of interference fit. The two steel springboards are fastened through splicing, making laying simple and convenient without clips. At the same time, the ball connection method of the connecting rod allows the circular table to rotate freely within a certain cone angle. The distance between the circular table and the outer flange can be adjusted by the elasticity of the top wave spring, which cooperates with the connecting rod to achieve the rotation and sliding of the circular table within a certain range.
The steel springboard manufacturer believes that when laying the steel springboard, construction personnel only need to gently shake two steel springboards to easily insert the cone into the slot, reducing the impact of the steel springboard being deformed and unable to be inserted due to repeated use. The hook type steel springboard is fastened to the steel pipe through a circular spring, improving the reliability and safety of the hook type steel springboard. In addition, due to optimized design, the adjacent two steel springboards can be clamped and fastened, solving the problem of wide seam clamping caused by fastening with mushroom head fasteners during laying. At the same time, the laying is fast and simple, with self-locking function, improving the safety and reliability of the equipment.
